We do not sell, rent or trade your personal or conversational data to advertisers or data brokers.

We do not build advertising profiles from your prompts or track you across third-party sites for marketing.

We collect only what is needed to operate, secure and improve the Service for you.

Optional contribution to model improvement is OFF by default and requires an explicit choice in settings when available.

Account data: name, email address, authentication identifiers (via Clerk), profile preferences.

Service data: conversations, messages, memory items, projects, documents, files you upload, and related metadata needed to provide features you use.

Technical data: approximate usage metrics, quotas, security logs, device/browser technical signals, IP address for security and abuse prevention.

Support data: messages you send to our contact addresses.

Provide and authenticate the Service (performance of contract / pre-contractual steps).

Security, abuse prevention and Early Access controls (legitimate interest / legal obligation where applicable).

Customer support and product communications about your account (legitimate interest or contract).

Optional product improvement / training signals only if you opt in (consent).

Legal compliance and dispute handling (legal obligation / legitimate interest).

We use technical processors strictly to operate the Service, which may include: cloud hosting (AWS), authentication (Clerk), database and storage providers, and transactional email where applicable.

Some processors may process data outside the EEA. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (for example Standard Contractual Clauses).

Account and service content are kept while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service.

After deletion requests, we remove or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, except where law requires longer retention (billing, security logs, legal claims).

Support emails are typically kept for the time needed to handle the request, then up to 12 months unless a longer legal retention applies.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection to certain processing.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.

We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to Alpha scale: encrypted transport (TLS), access controls, and least-privilege operations.

No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. Please use a strong password and protect your devices.

The Service is not directed to children under 16 (or the higher age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children below that age.

We may update this Policy as SØREN evolves. The “Last updated” date will change. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means when required.
