The Service is operated by NADAY LABS (SAS), 29 rue Tronchet, 75008 Paris, France (“Naday Labs”, “we”, “us”).

SØREN Alpha is a pre-release product offered for evaluation and early use. It may contain bugs, incomplete features, temporary quotas, maintenance windows or breaking changes.

Access may be limited by invitation, allowlist or plan. We may suspend, modify or discontinue Alpha features at any time.

No guaranteed uptime, support SLA or production warranty applies during Alpha unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. Accounts are personal unless we authorize organizational use.

Authentication is provided via Clerk. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the higher digital-consent age in your country) to use the Service.

SØREN provides AI-assisted conversation, optional memory, projects, documents and related tools designed with a privacy-first approach.

Outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your purpose. You remain responsible for how you use outputs.

Do not rely on SØREN as sole advice for legal, medical, financial, safety-critical or other regulated decisions.

You agree not to: abuse, overload or disrupt the Service; attempt unauthorized access; reverse engineer except where mandatory law allows; scrape or harvest data without permission; use the Service to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, or generate illegal content; bypass quotas, security or Early Access controls.

We may investigate misuse and suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, other users or Naday Labs.

During Alpha, usage may be limited by daily or monthly quotas (for example messages, lookups or exports). Quotas and plan names may change.

Early Access may be offered at no charge. Paid plans, if introduced, will be described separately at purchase time.

You retain rights in content you submit (prompts, uploads, documents, memory items). You grant Naday Labs a limited license to host, process and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you.

You warrant that you have the rights needed to submit your content and that it does not violate these Terms or applicable law.

The Service, software, models branding, UI and documentation remain the property of Naday Labs or its licensors. No license is granted except the limited right to use the Service under these Terms.

Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy. By using the Service you acknowledge those documents.

AI features are probabilistic. We do not warrant that outputs are correct, unique, non-infringing or fit for a particular purpose.

You should review outputs before relying on them, especially in professional contexts.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Naday Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits or business arising from Alpha use.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under French consumer or public-order rules.

Where liability can be capped, our aggregate liability for Alpha claims is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in the 3 months before the claim (or €50 if the Service was free).

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion via settings or by contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, security risk, abuse, or Alpha wind-down, with notice when reasonably practicable.

We may update these Terms for Alpha evolution, legal or security reasons. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of material updates where permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by French law. Courts of Paris have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer venue rules that may apply to you.
